Connectathon 1/2024: Vulcan collab #137

Overview

It likely will be that we don't have enough FTEs to deliver on anything for Vulcan for this connectathon, but it also depends on their needs.

Chris C will reach out and see what their needs are.

Context

Davera wrote:

  • There have been recent inquiries from the Vulcan PMO re: utilization of terminology server. I responded to this outreach by making sure that Melissa & Antia were included in any conversations. That conversation was funneled to the SoA/ PHUSE project. That meeting (aligned with Melissa’s & Anita’s schedules as well) is scheduled for 11am (eastern) 11/29.
  • ePI is the only Vulcan project that declared (so far) that they are going to the January Connectathon
    • Declaration of a Connectathon track needs to be completed (into HL7 central resources)
  • The Vulcan Leads meeting occurs monthly on Tuesdays from 10-11a. I am not seeing the next occurrence of that meeting – but I will ask about that
  • Hugh Glover: Hugh.Glover@HL7Vulcan.org the technical director for Vulcan is the best person to coordinate technical resource opportunities

Gonna close this one as we decided to not do it. If in the event that there was value in getting this done, there's not enough time to do so for this connectathon.
