Vocabulary Attributes Confusion #5

i'm seeing different attributes on vocabuaries when loaded by different tools etc. Needs analysis and clarification. Table here. Later Notes comparing OWL, FHIR and flags to the commands, to be integrated into the table.

The jpaserver-scripts one is seeing them like what's pasted below. I should review the TSDemoBoard queries. Other work works when you use the URL, not sure about name or id.
