Usually there is a horn icon on video ad for enabling or muting its voice.

After clicking the horn icon for muting, can't stop its voice. Rootlessjamesdsp causes the issue.

After adding Rootlessjamesdsp into excluded apps list, the issue is solved. Thanks.
