Images missing when viewing manual

Details and screenshots coming ... soon... (but can say I encountered a manual page with images that weren't shown, and found the referenced image files were not present in the image directory).

This was probably the dashboard script?

Those images were missing but have been included now.

@timschofield I'll presume you are correct those were the only missing images, which I confirm now appear at least as of commit:
