Add plots of the interpolation showing known points in green, interpolated points in blue and points that failed to interpolate in red.
Enables the user to easily inspect what the algorithm is doing and if it is doing as expected.
Plots are saved in current working directory, which in most cases is the folder where the .sofistik (ssd file) is located.
