This is the backbone of the app. Users will text a number for signup, to set their beaches and to get beach updates on demand.

[ ] Users should be able to text a number to create an account and then get a text with a link for password creation
[ ] Users should be able to text the number and get back the beach deets of a single beach, or get back a list of their beaches to pick from
