UserStory - Waiting Dialogue While Registering #12

As a New User, I would like to see a message saying it may take a few minutes to process my registration, so that I don't think the application failed when I try to register.

That is what the big blue box at the bottom is for, do you think something more prominent would be useful?

A progress or loading bar may be more evident. Going to ask for some feedback from users.
