UserStory - SRP #30

As a SRP Manager, I would like a web tool that allows users to submit SRP requests and allows me to view / manage them, so that I don't have to manually figure out SRP amounts and so that requests can be tracked easily.

from an admin perspective:

so far completed: -front end UI for srpsettings -back end for srp settings (market, cache, settings)

still to do: -design and implementation for additional SRP settings -redesign dashboard -front & backend for srp rules -front and backend for 'feature entitlements' (who gets to see what). includes: --selection in authorization page to set entitlements at that level --selection in users page to set entitlements at the user level -front end for login 'scopes' selection

Oh, it would also be helpful to add a link in the UI to a SRP 'page'. Any arbitrary page URL will work. On app installs, page will not exist, it will be up to system admin to create and populate the page with general information / rules pertaining to SRP - similar to the 'help' button for buyback. This way, users will be able to see under what circumstances SRP will be available.
