Upon checking out revision 1396, the Visual Studio 2008 and 2012 solutions for
nvtt fail to compile due to outdated file paths for the bc6h and bc7 projects.
I've attached a patch that should fix the problem for VS2008 and VS2012. I
unfortunately don't have a fix for VS2005 (vc8) because I don't have it
available on my computer. I also don't have VS2010 (vc10), but I did attempt
to fix the project files by hand. Annoyingly only the bc7 project was included
in the patch, since some weird SVN properties keeps making bc6h project file
appear as a binary. I have the file itself included instead.
