Their stock bar rates are 111lb and 146lb.
IIRC 113 and 141 numbers are commonly shared on the forums as "the" numbers.\ As 111 and 146 are pretty close to 113 and 141, I'll leave 113 and 141 as is, along with all the other numbers. But noted that there might be other opinions!

which clearly contradicts "75 lb/in is the stiffest". IIRC, I personally came up with 72 and 89 by eyeballing the geometry of the bar (distance from the axis to the various holes) and doing basic proportions.
These rates are as supplied to me by Karcepts.
For what it is worth, Karcepts same data shows that the Mann Engineering bar is 43lb, 53lb, and 75lb. Their stock bar rates are 111lb and 146lb. I'll let you decide to do what you'd like with those numbers.
