Won't install in Chrome 15 #172

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to 
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/cpngackimfmofbokmjmljamhdncknpmg
2. Click on "Add"
3. The crx file downloads, but it won't install. When you try to install the 
crx file it just downloads the same file again.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Chrome 15, Windows 7 Professional
