Same problem. This is very important for work. I need to take a screen cap
daily, and I'm having to stitch together 3 images manually in GIMP, the
suckiest editor, ever.

I have the same issue, but maybe more info will help the team debug??
All other screen capture modes work.
All screen captures report (via desktop notification) that the save was successful, but the "whole screen" option saves no file.
I have it set to just save the file and bypass the 'edit' screen.

Hey I am also facing the same issue
please fix it ASAP.
It is not a medium issue the app itself is not working at all It should be a
high priority issue.
