no screen capture in win xp sp3 #262

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.when i try to capture screen region

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i expected a region capture but the function not work

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
the last version

in other my computer win7 the function is fine

when i click on the icon the menu appair but the function selected not work, 
the keyboard shortcut not work
