Dropdown menu of editing tools cannot be accessed (hidden behind captured screen) #311

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. capture visible content
2. select any of the editing tool
3. try to access the dropdown menu

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to see the choices but the dropdown menu is hidden behind the
the captured screen. So the choose the color, shape etc.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ver 26.0.1410.64m
on Window XP SP4
