Create a HDMI2USB website

Actually deploy a good HDMI2USB section in the website with information.

Content that is needed;

• Pictures
• Some description information
• "Getting started with your device"
• "What can do things"
• Have a place where people can buy, or register to buy the board?
• Set up a numato page where people can "pre-register to buy board" (without any payment).

The HDMI2USB-jahanzeb-firmware is no longer under development.

All active development is now on the HDMI2USB-misoc-firmware which supports both the Atlys and Opsis boards and has loads of other new features!
