Port misoc / migen to Digilent Atlys board #98

Porting the misoc / migen ( http://m-labs.hk/gateware.html ) tools to the Digilent Atlys (and then our board) to utilize their memory testing infrastructure and provide second working firmware.

This has been done with the new misoc firmware! - https://github.com/timvideos/HDMI2USB-misoc-firmware The HDMI2USB-jahanzeb-firmware is no longer under development.

All active development is now on the HDMI2USB-misoc-firmware which supports both the Atlys and Opsis boards and has loads of other new features!
