Fixes the following issues;

Multiboard numbering was broken by move from /dev/hdmi2usb/boards to /dev/hdmi2usb/by-num.
tty symlinking only previously worked by accident and https://github.com/timvideos/HDMI2USB-mode-switch/commit/bc53b38b701289eb2b5d4ce39c90814e4caf8ee8 stopped that from happening.
Missing check in the /dev/hdmi2usb/by-num/opsis0/video symlink.
Made video checking the same as rest of the file.
