Fix up the licensing of this repository.

Need to check with Jahanzeb and Rohit to get this repository's licensing state correct.

My thinking for code is;

• Apache 2.0 is the go to license for a "do what you want" license which includes proper patent protections.
• BSD/MIT license is what people use if they don't understand the Apache 2.0 license. The HDMI2USB firmware is released under this license as it started from another project which was under this license.
• GPL (preferable version 3.0) is the best option for "Share and Share Alike" license.

For hardware designs, options appear to be;

• Creative Commons based. Either CC-BY for "Do anything you want" or CC-BY-SA for the GPL style "Share and Share Alike" license. Neither NC or ND version should be used as they are not fully open.
• CERN Open Hardware License (OHL)
• TAPR Open Hardware License (OHL)

How about we go with a dual license of CC-BY-SA + TAPR for all hardware (schematic / PCB design / etc) and Apache 2.0 for any code / firmware / documentation / etc.
