[flumotion] Productionize Flumotion ported to Gstreamer-1.0 API

Brief explanation

Flumotion is an essential part of the TimVideos' streaming-system. It was ported to newer Gstreamer-1.x API in a previous GSoC project. Some work needs to be done for updating and making it ready for use in production.

Updated Flumotion works in streaming-system on Ubuntu 14.04 Trusty and is reliable.

Flumotion is used in streaming-system to encode and stream the media.

The following tasks need to be finished in order of priority:

• Merge porting work from previous year - pull request
• Port any remaining components
• Fix Gstreamer warnings
• Add a web UI for admin
• Write unit/integration tests
• Package for Debian
