setup scripts all run by runall.sh. #38

I don't know if this results in a working box but at least the box can be built with

  1. wget... github.com... runall.sh
  2. chmod u+x runall.sh
  3. ./runall.sh

It's now puppet script, but I don't know puppet, and this is done.

Once this gets accepted I'll worry about testing to see if it is a working box.
