This is a tracking ticket for porting the Streaming website UI to bootstrap, so it looks all hip and cool like it was written in Rails.

Current progress:

Video display view has nice layout, but needs some work on the Twitter view (which I can't do because I lack the tokens)
Other views are not yet ported.
