Add link to Report a Bug form #77

Some information is collected and sent as URL parameters as well. The current link points to bugtracker.timvideos.us instance which needs to be redirected to the current instance of the app.

How the link looks (placed in the footer): footer_tv

What the URL looks like after clicking on the link: url_tv

Hi @Niharika29,

Could you please fix the commit message to be a bit more informative rather then just all your commit messages in one. Once that is done then this patch looks is good to merge!

What do we need to do to get bugtracker.timvideos.us URL working?
