Use EFM with more pins #5

Packages: • CSP36 (3×3 mm) • QFN24 (5×5 mm) • QFN32 (6×6 mm) • TQFP48 (7×7 mm)

Removes the need for the I2C expander.

OK, we'll use EFM32HG310 QFN32.

Please close the issue once you have updated the schematic.

The schematic was updated with EFM32HG321 TQFP48 - larger footprint was required to accomodate requirements from other issues.
