Converted instance list to a markdown table. This aligns the columns, to hopefully make it easier to read.
Added the download limit and country for each instance. Fixes #31
Verified the existing listed maximum file size and time limit for each instance.

For all Send instances except one, the server locations were verified using two separate Geolocation services.
