Add send.kokomo.cloud to the list. #42

I believe this meets the proper format, as I would need a proper API key for it to be fully merged to the list / pending upptime actions. Thanks! If there's any corrections, errors to the instance, i've included my contact email.

Thanks for the PR!

We are planning to replace those Uptime badges as they are not working as expected (see https://github.com/timvisee/send-instances/issues/32), but for now here is the needed API key for your instance: m794630156-5be85f191fc02e133c49732f
