Missing Pokemon found on PokeVision? #16

I've noticed that sometimes Pokemon show up on PokeVision, but not on this bot? I've confirmed that the Pokemon are actually there. I'm wondering if perhaps the generate_location_steps function leaves some gaps?

The latest master has generate_location_steps from the latest PokemonGo-Map repo. Are you sure the Pokemon weren't too far or too low rarity?
