Allow to search map with accents #275

Allow users to type accents in the search box on page: https://mapwarper.net/maps

  1. Open https://mapwarper.net/maps
  2. In Search title "for", enter Rhône
  3. Click Search button
  4. The text in replaced by Rh ne

FIY, Rhône is a department in France. But I guess that many other places got accents in their name.
