update to github-api v2.3.0 #126

Wow, thanks a lot @wilsaj, this looks great! Unfortunately merging my PR from yesterday broke the mergeability of this one, assumedly because of bundle.js (really gotta think of a way to get that out of source control...). I'll reconcile and merge.
