Can't use inSR w/geometry and outSR params in same query #13

This appears to be an issue with geoservices. If you pass an inSR along with your geometry, it works, but if you pass an outSR on top of that, it returns no results.

Examples:

Without outSR (works)
With outSR (doesn't work)
