Also, replace hardcoded SDK API value with dynamically fetched one. See individual commit messages for details.

Thanks @toxeus . Since pre 4.3 devices don't have SELinux I hope this will be useful to everyone. Unfortunately my only 2.3.6 device is not vulnerable.
