  1. squid 比较繁重的实现，ACL配置参考, https://wiki.squid-cache.org/ConfigExamples/Authenticate/Ncsa
  2. 实现 HTTP Connect tunnel, hyper 有个 example 可参考：https://github.com/hyperium/hyper/blob/master/examples/http_proxy.rs 。 需要自行实现 ACL。

以上 可以使用 mendhak/docker-http-https-echo 来测试是否OK。
