What's new - create readable summaries #2232

The current descriptions of changes are very technical and will take a while to click through.

Should we add a summary section to the top that is readable? We can throw the changes into chatGPT to be summarised as below

The format of the changes are not consistent between the 2.

TinaCloud has been automated, TinaCMS is manual (automation is WIP)
