Media manager UI​

❌ Cannot delete files - Images still appear after deletion​

❌ Temporarily remove renaming feature​

❌ No easy way to search

❌ Media accepted from only one location

❌ Dropdowns – no search

IMO, missing media search is the main shortcoming of this CMS. I've had clients, who used forestry unable to use this CMS because of this. The issue was raised last year https://github.com/tinacms/tinacms/discussions/4036 and it hasn't been addressed.
