This is already a feature that can be added when they're creating the profile. Currently, the shop that they're working at is linked to from their info bar. In the below example, its the "MakerSquare Tattoo Shop" which links to www.themakersquare.com.
We can add additional links if we want to as well, just let me know what else you were thinking.
