Live video is not smooth in some Android phone. #1

In some Android phone, the live video is not so much smooth. The cause is that
the low level implement of encoder is different, some hardware encoder buffer 
is too big such as 500K. User can pause video for several seconds,then the 
video will be more smooth.

Hi achang,

There is problem with app ...when app is started and i try to watch video in 
web browser,video not found or access denied message comes..Please look in to 
this matter..
