Settings redesign #106

What are peoples thoughts on combining the settings pages? I'm reskinng them right now and def have additional room.

I like it!

Can the subnav for the two pages be fixed though, so it doesn't flow with the settings box below it?

Current Tinder mobile app has a Settings page that has Discovery stuff and then a 'Profile' page with bio, work and school, and photos. I say we combine the settings pages and then have a way to click over to the profile page which unless I'm wrong is almost totally absent from the app atm.

This PR has a lot of side effects on the swipe page and viewing profile page. Full disclosure that the css I have set up is not perfect.
