Description

Set up a feature flag to hide elements and sections of the UI. These elements are not included during the launch of the Redot engine website.

When the value of the feature flag is true, then the following items will change:

Header:

Navigation links to "Overview", "Documentation", "News", and "Assets" are hidden.
Donate button is hidden.
Mobile navigation menu only show the "Contribute" and "Download" buttons
Mobile navigation menu no longer takes up 75% of the screen height

Footer:

Redot Engine only contains "Download", "Documentation", "Source Code" links
Resources contain "Press Kit"

Sections:

More <section> buttons are hidden
