Pick a color scheme for Winter Camp

We need to prepare for Winter camp. The Minimum we can do is change the color scheme. Maybe add some snowflakes (check this out: https://github.com/cahilfoley/react-snowfall )

PS: Ideally, we should have a technical admin page, where we have access over a few things:

• ability to change the color scheme of the whole website
• ability to change text content on the home page
• ability to delete all users (migrating from one edition to another) * optional

I will create another ticket with this though
