HueSpotAnalyzer to filter spots by color #1

This is a small analyzer plugin to filter sports by color. Maybe it is useful for others.

Hi @jumpfunky. Sorry I completely missed this PR. Could you post somewhere a small image file that would build an example of the spot analyzer? I must admit I am surprised because TrackMate was supposed to block for RGB images.

Dear Jean-Tinevez,

It blocks RGB images but I simply use a RGB stack. That works fine. In the meantime I also added a seperate filter for the R, G and B channel. I will push it in the next days and also include a small image stack that works nicely with the HueSpotAnalyzer.
