Set the boot up version of code #52

You have to ssh to the pi to set the boot up version. Why can we do this on tide?

There needs to be a better way of doing this, but I think it would be better as a feature to tingbot/springboard, not Tide. I've raised an issue over in that repo. https://github.com/tingbot/springboard/issues/10
