The TingbotOS is based on Raspbian Jessie (8), which does not support the 3B+. It's not straightforward to update TingbotOS to Stretch (9) which does, nor to port the TingbotOS components over. Your best bet is to swap out your 3B+ with a regular 3.

Hi Vitorio,
Something is off for me because in the manual for setting up the Tingbot it writes that pi 3B+ is supported.
Attached screenshot. Thank you.
Sorry, @pengas, but that's meant to indicate the original Raspberry Pi Model B+ (aka Raspberry Pi 1 B+, different from the original Raspberry Pi Model B aka Raspberry Pi 1 Model B), 2, or 3. The 3B+ came out after Tingbot did, and isn't supported.
@vitorio thank you very much.
The screen freezes when trying to boot only the rapbery pi 3B+ with HDMI and the same when connected to the tingbot hardware.
I have tried flashing the sd with raspbian and it works okay when testing with HDMI
