Extra blank line at the end of output #13

There is an extra blank line at the end of .sam or .mapping file.
It didn't hurt unless when you try to concatenate multiple the same or
mapping file into one. The end blank line will be removed in the next release.

In 0.2.4, I actually add --noSamHeader option. Specify that will remove the
sam header from the sam output.
