Sort dropdown by description #33

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create objects using Relation

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It would be better if Relation could sort descriptons in alphabetic order in 
the dropdown list

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
When you generate a form which uses Relation.php, data appears in order of keys 
instead of descriptions
