Developing for 2 monitors and setting custom icon for app. #93

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Developing for 2 monitors and choose where window will be showed.
2.Setting a custom icon for the aplication.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I do not know how do it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
phpdesktop-chrome-31.6-php-5.5.8

Please provide any additional information below.

Im Just a presentation like Powerpoint and need to show in diferent monitors 
[notebook and datashow for ex.], in a popup i needed to drag de 2º screen to 
other monitor. Theres some API to define a second monitor target?

And how to set a custom icon app...[diferent of "PHP Elefant"...]?

Icon can be changed by setting "icon" option in the setting.json file.
