Default roles does not work correctly #18

Default roles given in to the config array of the rights module doesn't always 
get passed to the authManagers defaultRoles.

e.g Guest roles won't work always.

Default roles did not work outside of Rights so I removed them from the module 
configuration and you will need to configure them for the authorization manager 
instead. However, the installer will still create authorization items for each 
default role configured when installing the module.
