Implement support for hiding permissions in the permission listing #20

Purpose of this enhancement:

When there are a lot of permissions it would be nice to be able to hide some of 
them from the permissions listing.

How should it work?

Hiding of the items should be done by clicking an icon in each of the 
authorization item grid views.

Please provide any additional information below.

This should be done by renaming the AuthItemWeight table to rights and add a 
visible (or invisible) column to that table.
