Optimization of the assignment view #25

Purpose of this enhancement:

We need to optimize the assignment view, currently each user's assignments are 
fetched separately.

How should it work?

Either all assignments should be fetched in the RAssignmentDataProvider or then 
the assignments should be cached in the RDbAuthManager.

Please provide any additional information below.
