This is mostly a todo list for me so I can keep track of it somewhere

[ ] Enable manual adding of dependencies by URL
[ ] Provide a dropdown with common libraries to ease adding common libs
[ ] Enable selection of doctype

Since tinker has been down for quite a while now, this issue isn't really relevant any more. I'm planning to put a minimal version of tinker live, without dependencies so that there is at least a page again. Dependencies will follow rapidly after that.
