This PR changes the repository into a set of modules (1 per action) into a single module. The change is motivated by a desire to reduce the maintenance burden. We are trending towards a single release of the full suite of actions where all action source dependencies are updated simultaneously.
I suspect the Makefiles will be reworked as we continue to build out.
Note I've note tested these images individually. Some sort of CI would be handy... 🤔
