xFS can not be created due to lack of "sbin/mkfs.xfs"

While using rootio and want to create the FS as xfs, gettting an error message. ` storage: disks:

    Expected Behaviour

    Partition as xfs must be created with no error.

Using tinkerbell to setup new data center for CTAO project. There will be installed new telescopes for observatories and we would like to use tinkerbell to do the OS installation on the servers.
